My coach tells me to lift one leg and circle ur leg while in the air. Each leg x 10 then hands in the middle and both legs x 10. The first time I did this I couldn’t even do 2 in a row, and if u do these circles except to be sore the next day😭

Wow Gabi this video is 6 years old but I only found you today. So I'm 65 years old and started gymnastics/tumbling 6 months ago. I have a standing back tuck and just started working on round off plus bhs. I'm aiming to have a safe clean round off bhs x 1, back tuck on the tumble track by December 2022. So I haven't done gymnastics as a child, youth, adult, but I did pole vault from age 38 through to 50. Last 15 years mainly been running and cycling. So I really got a lot out of this video and I'll subscribe now and check out more of your content. BTW, never heard of cheer as a sport before last year but it's great to find new stuff in the sport/exercise field. Cheers

Ik how to do a back handspring but every time I go back I kinda land on my neck and I know that’s a big safety hazard so I’ve been practicing the skills u need to do the backhands Rings but I’m scared to go back
